  • My role is to oversee the business of a McDonald's store, and ensure it operates in line with the franchisees demands by using different types of skills

  • Within reason covid-19 has caused huge problems for the degree

  • Again within reason. We have had assignments where dates have changed or lectures that have not even discussed assignments, only when we receive a reminder we are aware of it.

  • Alot of support

  • Again within reason majority of the time when I've requested support everyone on annual leave so it is delayed.

  • I'm still doing same role and performance as I was if anything I feel more stressed
