Implementing a new manufacturing system to improve material control and order processing
Developed my communication skills and methods of working with external organisations to get work done. Lead and supported management in the implementation process.
I enjoy the content within the course and like the feeling of being in a cohort. The experience is better in class compared to online learning.
Well organised however it would be better to have more spaced out assignments rather than 2 submissions in 3/4 weeks.
If I approach a line manager for support then there is a lot of help available. I went through the process of my mentor leaving the organisation - I would always recommend to new students on the course to get a mentor sorted in the workplace.
There is always support available
Highly, I feel like I am able to spot and use techniques learnt within the programme.
No - not many are available
Yes
There are a wide range of opportunities available
Come to the business with a clear focus of what area you would like to work in - I think this is beneficial because then you will be able to fit your role around this area.
