Training provided by the university has not singly helped my job. A more practical course would be required. It is a challenging balance between academia and application. However, no doubt i think Pearson offer a more practical university experience than many other universities therefore this is not something which could be fixed. The whole experience has been great. The company culture produces and drives personal development in a way few organisations could. The people you meet genuinely make the experience, and the support is there where required.
