I set up new claims, handle the post for the team to make sure it get to the correct claim. I raise payments for the adjusters. I have my own claims with I have to look after.
Yes I have to use new systems for this role
I enjoy learning about the other side of Insurance which I did not know about
Its not been too good I have had too many tutors but the one I have now has been the best very srtuctured.
A lot of support if i need time off to revise they are very flexible with me

It has help a lot as I now under stand the other side like under writing and the brokers role

Because they are a very good comapany to work for, they look after the staff
