  • I have learned every part of my job as a new skill, it was all new to me at the beginning

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am really enjoying my job and the support and the personal development is great. I can see how as i progress at my job i will become more and more settled

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is very well organised and my team provide me wit the day to day support to succeed. The training has been great and i am able to use work time to study to improve for myself within my role

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My manager supports me on a day to day basis and has been great, the team that i work within have a great attitude towards helping me and allowing me to develop at my own pace which has been great and whenever i have needed help they have been there for me.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My tutor/assessor has been very helpful in supporting me to work towards the aspects of my apprenticeship that i needed and also has guided me through various parts of my day to day work where questions have arisen during our sessions

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that the apprenticeship has shown me the theoretical side behind what i do on a practical basis daily. There for highlighting the importance the theory for example the risk assessment and method statement side which i do instinctively on every job has been highlighted as to reasons why and how Openreach are there to support with every aspect of it
