Really enjoying the learning side of the programme and learning new skills

Very structured and organised, plenty of assistance is available, work set at a steady pace, tutors are really good. Induction was really good and I am enjoying the learning journey. Tasks are set at a steady pace too and there is scope to resubmit if required which helps me. And also good structured feedback.

Plenty of support given around my job with protective study in place and time to attend the additional maths and English sessions which is assisting me on my apprentice journey, access to support and mentoring if required. The business identifies the need for support and access to other systems to assist

Excellent support from paragon, access to bud system to follow progress and submit work, system is user friendly, my tutor will always get back to me if I have a problem and they take the time to lesson and understand any issues I have and will support me throughout and I really enjoy it.

I have become more self aware in my approach and I am identifying any weaknesses I may not have noticed, the skills I an learning are being put into practice and they are also giving me the urge to be more curious and to research further into the different topics

I follow and engage in any company events I also do voluntary activities which are assisting me on the apprentice I am doing, I spend time with my family when not working doing different activities and always try my best to be active in a very busy schedule as I have 2 young children

I enjoy being part of an organisation that promotes further development with all levels of employees and they have a really good welfare and well being programme. They have been supportive throughout the pandemic and continue to support all levels of staff. They continue to look at improving the support mechanism.
