I’m working as a service delivery engineer. My job is to connect customers to super fast fibre broadband. I’m fixing faults as well.
To become a Openreach engineer I have to learn many new skills and improve those that I already have. Working safely is most important thing that why I have to learn many different ways to work safe and go back home safely.
It was a pleasure to take a part in Apprenticeship.
Program is really good in every aspect. Staff and assessor is very helpful.
I receive a lot of support from Openreach. Everything I asked for have been done.
Training providers are amazing, very helpful and always ready to answer all questions.
Learning new things and skills and improve your knowledge is always helpful.
