As a subject leader I manage the standardisation of all A level English and International A level English exams throughout the year and exam series whilst also overseeing the content production for these qualifications.
Since being an apprentice I have found multiple ways to better manage my projects and workload while multitasking and adhering to tight deadlines
I enjoyed my programmed a lot, it was very challenging but the course was interesting, the teachers were engaging and the end result was rewarding.
Structured well and was fairly organised
A lot of support from my employer.
A lot of support from all the teachers who worked at Pearson College, cannot fault them for their help in ensuring we completed our degrees to a high standard.
Very well, it helps to think more critically in a workplace, working towards various solutions whilst being a team player too.

I received a brilliant qualification from a college, who supported me throughout and never made me feel like just a number. The qualification is widely recognised and respected and whats better is it was fully funded by my company so thank you PLC.
Definitely do it!
