On a day to day basis faulting and fixing customer faults and building and infastrue into the company.
Ive learn't to become more independent and better with my time. Also keeping organised and fixing faults and jobs efficiently
I love my job and the team i work with. The learning really helped me.
Very organised and happy with the structure of the program, good time frame and manageable dates to stick by for the deadlines.
Employer helped a lot but mainly my apprentice assessor helped me the most and helped me gain my understanding in the NVQ work
Training providers helped massively helping me hit my deadlines and continuous updates being made and good communication support and time even in COVID periods.
The qualification does help with my job but i feel there should be more information and work based modules added.
