Leading a team across 9 HSBC branches within the Newcastle Local Market
Learning and development has been significant throughout the apprenticeship. From Financial Markets Regulations & Ethics to Organisational Behaviour for Managers. Academic learns that I put into practice on a daily basis.
At times it is challenging, particularly when deadlines for assignments are looming however the self development is evident and has significantly positively impacted my career to date. Really enjoying and thriving on this programme.
Obviously impacted by Covid however adapted well and considered our input on transformation. There are some learns, sometimes communication could be improved and there have been delays with results.
