Modern Apprentice Review

I am doing a level 2 apprenticeship with Realise training to become a level 2 nursery practitioner. I cannot recommend this company enough, they’re extremely helpful, quick at responding and my tutor is easy to get along with and helps me whenever I need it.

Yes, I am learning about all aspects of childcare from ages 0-5 and building confidence in time management and self confidence.

I enjoy it a lot. I look forward to each session every month and the more I learn makes me love my job even more.

Very well, my tutor knows sets a clear plan of what my session is going to be involved with and how my next session is going to be and always provides me with information about how my apprenticeship is run and how to gain my final result at the end

On going support is given, my manager, deputy manager, room leader and colleges always help me continually developing my learning

I get support all the time. My tutor is always a text away.

Very well. The training sessions give me knowledge to reflect on and then put that into practice in my work place.

Not that I’m aware of but I’m sure if I asked there would be an option for this.
