Working on the production line, and covering different areas when needed.
Through college I have developed my engineering understanding and learnt a variety of different skills.
The organisation could be much better. In terms of communication with your manager about what you are doing each week and where you are heading in the future.
There is some support from my employer. And if you do need the support there is always someone you can find.
From the college there is a lot of support and help when you need it and that has been very helpful with helping me through the apprenticeship.
It helps you understand the reason behind different things that happen on the production line.

I believe the support could have been much better and the communication at work should definitely be better. It leaves you not knowing what is happening day to day in your job role and where you will be in the future.
