Our role changes every year and is designed to be in line with our apprenticeship studies and requirements. My current role is to provide data around our relationship with 3rd parties and access to cash for customers.
Both I have been able to develop my experiences with various stakeholders and customers as well as being able to develop new skills such as data analysis.
10/10 I really enjoy my placement and am happy coming to work every single day. I enjoy lectures and learning more.
We alternate placements each year to support the programme for me so far year one is going really well and I feel all aspects of the structure compliment eachother.
As much as I need, I have monthly 121's with placement manager and apprenticeship manager. If I need anything managers are a phone call, message or email away
Lectures are frequent and they are an email away if I require any further assistance or a phone call.
It matches my role and will help me to develop within this industry with qualification as well as experience. Some employers find the experience just as valuable as the degree
Yes charity events and you're encouraged to get involved with other events.
