My role involves providing fibre from a connectorised block terminal either overhead or underground to a customers premises. Fitting an optical network terminal and a customer service point where two cables are spliced together to join the fibres and provide a service.
I have learned how lots of new skills including; how to climb a ladder & pole safely, working in the underground network and how to set up road works guarding. I have developed my existing customer service and teamwork skills.
Thoroughly enjoying working for the company and doing what I am doing.
