Coordinating our training department. Chasing people up for attendance, completion of various tasks. All the admin for our trainers. Working on projects. Working with stakeholders to ensure training meets the needs of the business.

I like the way its set up to help the person gain skills within their sector however I think certain things should be made mandatory to do.
Well strucutred, you always know when youll be doing something next for the apprenticeship.
