I’m currently a trainee engineer, currently buddying in my local patch, I’m enjoying this a lot, my team members are very supportive, answer all my question I ask without doubt or any hesitation, very great company to work for would highly recommend open reach to family an friends
As I’m currently a trainee engineer I’m learning loads of new skills and learning the job at a reasonable pace, couldn’t fault my buddy’s during my training, I feel very well looked after and I’m being explained things in depth like it should be, anything I need to know I just ask
I can say I’ve enjoyed all my training an buddying of what I’ve completed so far, the role is very interesting and what you learn is well needed for my job role, always room for more learning I’m sure which could benefit us trainee engineers doing a NVQ
Very well lead by each trainer, it was all very well organised an structured throughout the whole course. All questions was answered as an when I asked, they was explained in a way I would understand or be able to take the information in much better then before, really enjoyable
As a new recruit, I have all the support I need from my employer, whenever I have questions or queries I can always call a colleague or manager/clerk of works for help or advice throughout my shifts. I feel there always there to listen to what I need to say an I wouldn't get ignored
