my role is service delivery FTTP so it is a customer facing engineer role bringing fibre broadband to peoples homes which involves a significant amount of problem solving and physical work in regards to the installation, also there is a lot of communication
I have developed my computer and communication skills significantly
I really enjoy the programme as it gives me the opportunity to learn new skills vital for my job
It is structured really well, i have all the resources and help needed to complete the course
I receive as much support as i need
I receive as much as i need there is always help available
I think it helps massively as the skills i am learning help my day to day job in many areas
yes there are many different events to choose from
