Worked as a scheduled supporting projects through EVM data and reporting and then worked as a PM supporting a technical refresh project.
Communication skills, P6 skills and use of EVK data
Really loved my placements and learnt a huge amount, just a shame the scheme leads lack good communication skills and often messages got mixed which slightly ruined the experience
Not very well, the End point assessment is 6 months before the end date of programme which makes no sense and the pay rise is not given until then so we are used as lower paid resource to do the same job as someone else.
I never needed support but I know it is readily available
QA provided great support towards APM PMQ and EPA.
The MOD and APM working practices are vastly different so the carry over is minimal however the APM is still useful to know.
There are plenty of opportunities, due to Covid there was less though,
