Providing commercial services client side on construction projects through out all the of the RIBA stages. These services include: Cost Planning; Cost Reporting; Cash Flow forecasting; Valuation of construction works; managing and assessing change; preparations of contracts and general meetings and cost advice
Yes, during my time at Mace I have developed several of my skills. These include my communication / presentation skills, my general Quantity Surveying skills have developed over my time here and also my technology skills have increased a lot since we are always using different softwares / documents.
I really enjoy my programme. It has allowed me to develop in my job role by letting me work on a wide range of projects with several different clients. The wider team is also great at supporting you and helping you develop.
Our programme is very well structured. We have an individual portfolio that links directly to the RICS and also several training sessions during the year to continue development
Support is great. We get help from the emerging talent team when it comes to training / studies. Our project team / wider team helps us with our on the job development and our RICS work
