Oversee the running of a Co-op food store leading a team of 32 colleagues and 5 managers.
Built on my existing leadership skills, learnt how to create and write detailed reports. Collaborative working as a team and delivering project work.
The programme so far has enabled me to gain a more advanced set of leadership skills and has helped me to understand more around how to create a high performing team.
Very well organised, even throughout the pandemic, the university and tutors have been amazing throughout the experience.
Very well supported with plenty of time allowed to complete assignments and attended study blocks/online learning.
Very well supported, with one to one guidance and support with personal tutors. Also have helped me deal and manage my dyslexia.
