I work with teams to identify losses and put improvement plans in place
Yes, especially continuous improvement tools
Bit mixed - I find it hard doing the sessions over Teams I also feel the provider is too stretched - often hard getting feedback on assignments or materials being sent as promised. Also, too many sessions cancelled. But the provider is very knowledgeable.
Mixed - we now have a 4 week lesson plan which helps Too many sessions cut short or cancelled SOPs would be beneficial for the Excel and Minitab lessons - I frantically make notes while also trying to concentrate on the training
Good - my line manager understands the benefit
Good intent, but I'd like to see past papers so I can prepare accordingly but feels very cloak and dagger in trying to obtain the past papers. Provider is good at offering time for 121 catch ups.
Good - relevant training
No but I'm not bothered.
