I enjoy my apprenticeship, some days can be challenging, but I always seem to overcome any challenge. The company culture is fantastic and my team support is superb.
I would say in terms of my college programme it is very well organised. My NVQ qualification is self driven, but supported. My internal training with BT is self driven, sometimes it would be nice to have that organised for you, i.e. being emailed to ask if you would like to attend a course.
I receive fantastic support from my manager and buddy. There is lots of support in BT.
I think the training providers are excellent with support, especially during COVID, I don't feel behind on my coursework.
I feel it has given me more knowledge about electrical engineering.
There is lots of networking events but not any social groups.
