I work on the IT helpdesk answering everyone's queries and helping them with any incidents they may have
A few but it has been difficult to learn new hands on things while having to work from home
I enjoy learning/doing IT fixes and helping people out
It's a bit all over the place but that is down to the college I am with not having teachers available and not communicating with us apprentices well.
Tonnes! I have never received so much support in both my work load and mental health from an employer. My boss couldn't be better at looking after me and my feelings and my training.
Little to none. They are not very good, anything I have learned is either from work or its self taught.
Do not feel confident at all, training provider hasn't done much training. Learnt more from doing the work than anything and that's made me perform better.
There hasn't been any opportunity for this over the last year due to the pandemic and from working at home. We have had a few social team meetings where we have just had a nice chat and catch up
Yes
Its a great place to work, people are friendly and the managers are super supportive (well mine is at least)
I wouldn't know yet, as I haven't met many people face to face at work so I can't say how the office environment is full of people
