Yes i have learned alot more about the back ground running of the estates & facilites department

Very well organised - the college tutors are brilliant
I receive full support from my manager.
Loads of support - we have weekly zoom meetings and they are always available for me to talk to.
It will help me a great deal for my future plans
Before covid-19 yes there was a number of groups available to attend

It is a great place to work - the staff are friendly and it feels like a hugh team
