  • EMAS are very supportive. Personally I have had issues, and from AOM/HR/Recruitment and training they have made me feel so relaxed and at ease.

  • Emas is a family, staff from any grade or skill help one another and support one another. We have such a great progression within the service and I feel this will be key to the future of the service.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to East Midlands Ambulance Service?
  • I would tell anyone applying to give it your all. Emas are accommodating to your situation and class you as a person rather than a number.
