Working as Health care Assistant, supporting adults who are unwell with everyday tasks.
Venepuncture, better communication skills, gaining a better understanding of caring for individuals with dementia.
It was a very informative programme, the staff were very helpful and it helped me to become more confident in my skills as a health care assistant.
The programme was well structured and the staff were very well organised
The staff were very supportive and were always willing to provide help when needed.
It helped me gain confidence in my own skills, as well as teaching me many more that can be used in order to help me perform my job better.
