Rotate through all the different engineering departments so my day to day varies every 3 months depending on where i'm currently working. work can be to do with any form on engineering within the company.
Engine diagnostics, fault finding, CAD and project running.
i loved my apprenticeship at cummins, the varied work, new exciting projects and the opportunities to try all kinds of work.
The program is very well structured and set out from the first start date for the whole 4 years. However does require some personal input to prompt managers to organize work for you before entering there team.
Receive as much support as i required.
College provide could improve a lot in regards to supporting me through the qualification.
it has helped with some of the technical knowledge which goes into the test and validation work.
there is a lot of extra-curricular activities from 5 aside football teams, team building days out and engineering in schools programs.
