My experience with LMP education is based on my participation in the management training network continuous development programme. This particular course was very insightful/useful. All guidance/teaching was delivered remotely over zoom/teams. Engagement between tutor and learners was very high with interactive tasks such as group works/CPD journals.
I have been given some great guidance in relation to management of different types of people and groups. We have developed our skills in management techniques and how to respond in different situations. We have analysed different groups of people and learnt to respect individuality and diversity. It has been very insightful
The journey has been very enjoyable. I have gained a vast amount of knowledge in a relatively short amount of time. I have enjoyed the interactive side of the programme, especially when we have broken off into groups on zoom/teams to discuss our opinions on different management styles/techniques.
The MTN network was very well organised, with sessions placed into our diary and instructions delivered well before any due date. The tutor was punctual and had pre prepared all learning material beforehand. The tutor took time to recognise each individual learner which helped in discussion of personal job roles/experiences.
I have learnt a vast amount in regards to management styles in particular here at LMP education. I have particularly enjoyed learning about how different individuals may prefer certain management styles based on the diversity within the business. I have seen a very positive culture here at LMP education and am glad to be a part of it.
The Management training network has opened my eyes further into where I want to be. It has given me some good tools in relation to management techniques that I feel I could use to my advantage should I take on any managerial role. I will recall many aspects of this training for future positions.
I am currently an employee at LMP education. This programme is one of continuous development aimed at developing current members of staff who strive to become managers of the future. In turn the involvement in this programme may well contribute to a higher salary and more responsibilities within LMP education
Networking and meeting other employees was probably the greatest strength in regards to the structure of this continuous development programme. Within our sessions we were given different groups based on exploring different working relationships and job roles within the business. We were provided with a diverse mix of management styles based on roles within the business.

Tips and advice i would give to people who are applying to Let Me Play Ltd is to really commit to the course you are studying. Be responsible for your own learning but always know there is a helpful tutor at the end of an email/phone call. The experience I had at LMP was a positive one for sure.
