I am design & SI leader for a HV Battery Pack Project. My role involves leading a team of engineers to design battery packs for automotive industry that meets customer requirements & industry standards.
I have learned a lot of new skills on job including technical & leadership skills. I have also been put on 3 certification Programs & trainings by my company in last 1 year
I have enjoyed learning new skills working through this programme. I have also implemented these learnings on job and found them to be helpful
Programme was well structured throughtout. Regular training sessions & constant guidance from skill coach.
I have received support from employers to attend training sessions but I have struggled to get enough time to do my assignment & pre-work. This was due to working on critical project and pandemic.
There was support from training provider throughout the programme.
I have started using the skills & learnings I gained from programme on job and its helping me do better on my role
Yes. There are lot of additional activities at work including lunch & learn sessions, sports teams and membership of international networking events like SWE etc.
