Daily tasks involve visiting client premises and auditing their accounts. Our role is the same as that of graduates- Associates therefore a lot of responsibilities are given where we have to talk to clients and ask them questions in order to always apply professional sceptisism.
Yes, I have. By undertaking training records provided by PwC which inform you about various issues. Also, my technical skills have improved such as Excel since most of our work is in there.
I really enjoy my programme, getting to know new people by visitng various clients and new colleagues since we change a team everytime therefore I am given the opportunity to work with various people.
PwC is really keen for employee development. Through feedbacks and meetings with managers they make sure they pay attention to development and recognise hard work
It is very well structured with support from various networks and the univerisity. They ensure that we are always happy and are having a nice time despite the hard work by arranging various socials and events.
We receice one week training prior to commencing work whihc is helpful as it provides an ishight of what we will be doing before arriving at the office.
We are all assigned a people manager who is responsible for us and our development as well as a 'buddy' who we can ask questions or express any concerns when we feel pressured.
My salary is repsectable, PwC pays for our accomodation during our three month placement therefore costs are kept low.
The company always makes sure it arranges various team meetings and events which is nice as everyone is given the chance to relax and meet colleagues outside work.

PwC is a really nice firm to work for and has offices almost everywhere around the UK. They are good employers and care for employee development which is really good and always make sure you are happy within the work environmnent.
Practise for the application process really well in order to be confident to do really well in the tests and express their opinion freely during the group assessment since they are looking for our opiniions and there is no right or wrong answer.
