Managing risks, monitoring timelines, keeping the team up to date, overseeing projects.
I have learnt many new skills relating to project management such as communication skills, team work skills, organisational skills.
I love my job and the people! Everyone is lovely and more than happy to help. It is a great work environment and it is a great programme.
There is a good structure, you get one day off a week to study and there is a lot of support.

I feel that sometimes there is a gap between my qualification and my role, sometimes they do not overlap at all. But most of the time there are links.

As cliche as it is be yourself! Convey why should they hire you over everyone else? Do some background research on the FCA and make it clear why you want to work for them!
