Going to customers houses with a mentor to shadow them, Coming to the learning academy every couple of weeks to get more hands on technical training
Yes I have learned many new skills since joining the company
Fairly enjoyable, the work can be very stressful at times but it is a highly rewarding job
Fairly well organised due to COVID there has been some chopping and changing that as apprentices we have been left in the dark about until last minute
Ok levels of support, could be better could also be worse
They give me all the training required to sit my ACS
Very well the qualification provided allows me to work on all types of gas items

Good wage, good incentives, pay for all travel and provide vans for all apprentices provided that you can drive, could be a bit more supported and kept in the loop with some decisions
Be prepared to work hard if you get the apprenticeship and make sure you have good people skills, work ethic and are ok with lots of work
