Administration of the company's pension plan. Dealing with member queries and customer support. Maintaining documentation. Preparing and executing data reports. Supporting line HR with queries. Creating purposeful communications.
Understanding HR legislation, how this relates to my role and the organisation.
It has been very interesting content wise and has benefitted my role within the company.
It has been great, the level of support and guidance has been at the right level for me. I have regular catch up meetings to ensure I'm on track with the learning and to raise any questions or queries I have.
My manager was very supportive of the course and has allowed me the time I'm entitled to to complete on the job learning and any assignments.
Regular catch ups are scheduled, support is always available. Queries are responded to quickly.
