We do 3 rotations within the apprenticeship, changing every 12 months. They try to give you experiences in different roles - customer facing, planning and project management. As we do a degree alongside working, we have 1 day off per week to study and attend lectures.
They provide you with a lot of help and support to ensure you succeed with the work load and do well in the degree. They also provide you will loads of opportunities to get involved in co-curricular activities and project work.
It can be tough at time but with the right support its been very rewarding. Mondelez also make every effort to highlight individual achievements.
It is well organized most of the time. There is alot of support for new starters and opportunity to meet people out of covid times.
They are great at providing support, even people from different teams are always offering to help whether it is with university work or the job. Everyone gets a mentor, buddy, line manager and manager - all these people help provide a great support network.
They try to give you access to people working in areas relevant to our degree who can help. We are also always given enough time to do uni work and can always take extra holidays if needed.
Some topics have more relevance than others but generally our daily jobs help us with uni rather than the other way round.
There are loads of opportunities, many diverse groups to get involved with and opportunities to create your own!
