It is working on the openreach telecommunications network and getting customers into service on to the new fibre broadband
Many new skills working on a telecommunications network
A lot i enjoy meeting new people and working on new scenarios almost everyday
Very organised I get frequent emails about updates and how to progress with the programme
A lot they have give us the numbers of the support group and emails of them too
A lot they constantly remind us how to carry on working towards our qualifications
They give us guidelines and tips on how to carry on performing to the best of our ability
