  • Core purpose is to co-ordinate the delivery of the sales results through development of price & promotion strategies for implementation in our Customers to deliver the Category goals

  • Communication skills Leadership Organisation Time management Learnt to communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the business. Sales training courses in merchandising, customer service, legal training and communication. Gained a degree in Business Management

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • To a large extent i have enjoyed this programme, i have felt supported by the team and the wider organisation. The company culture has been enjoyable, and I always felt like part of the team - regardless of being an apprentice.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • We were provided with a structured training and induction package to welcome us into the organisation, unde3rstand the corporate values and meet key stakeholder of the business. We were given continous study support days near deadlines to help our university deadlines - this was in an organised manner.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My manager was my key contact of support from my employer. I was assigned a mentor upon joining the business but he then moved roles.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • From the university we had our assigned Tutor contact who was on stand-by to answer any questions about the course and the structure of the apprenticeship. This helped us feel more aware and organised in relation to the course structure.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Upon completion of my qualification I feel that I now know more about the industry and wider market. There have been times where I have put the theory I have learnt from lectures into live practice. Whilst it might not help on a day-to-day basis, it does come in handy.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because the culture made my experience very enjoyable. And the concept of a degree apprenticeship at Mondelez where you gain 3 years industry experience, get paid, and also achieve a degree is an amazing opportunity.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mondelez?
  • The assessment day was intense but be yourself and be genuine, research the company beforehand - and their values/mission statement/ product portfolio so you have background knowledge prior to your interview/application process.
