I work for the customer help department and deal with peoples financial complaints through Phoenix
time management, working cost effectively, it development, product knowledge development
i enjoy the programme in the sense where i have the opportunity to learn and work at the same time, but sometimes its hard to work for 4 days and then work on your apprenticeship one day, kinda throws you out of sync sometimes.
the programme is well structured with updates all the time about the latest on whats going on
i have received a great deal of support through my manager, trainer and apprenticeship trainer
i receive a lot of support as they guide me on what needs to be done and what things i can improve on
i believe it will give me the confidence to know what im doing is correct
