Planning fibre that will potentially be built into the ground, to serve more customers all over our specific region
I have learned about planning and using SWOT analysis in order to plan the most efficient way possible, to decrease costs but ensure quality stays high
The programme is very good, there are a range of different jobs, and different areas of the business your are in contact with in order to network more and get to know more people
The programme is well structures is has set out plans of what should be achieved by each month, although this is laid out so you can get ahead if you are up to date already
There are always catch up calls with managers to update them with how the apprenticeship is going, as well as calls with other apprentices to be able to talk about the apprenticeship and compare learning
We have regular calls with our training provider every few weeks that are one to one, as well as calls as a group with the training provider ever few weeks too, to recap learning and ask any questions you may have
The training course has built on soft skills that can be transferred into the work place such as SWOT, an also gives more background knowledge into how companies like the one you work for operate
There are often after work calls (with covid) within your team or as an apprentice group. Outside of covid teams have regular meets ups outside of work in order to get to know each other better

They offer very flexible working, with hours and location, as well as offering very good benefits such as healthcare and discounts on other services such as eye tests.
