I am a Enginner who maintains and installs telephone lines to properties and business's.
I have learnt a lot of new skills and am constantly developing.
I enjoyed my programme as it was hands on working in the field whilst also creating a portfolio.
It was very well organized with regular support and time put aside for me to work on my portfolio and for studying.
I had a lot of support from my manager, patch leads and colleagues. i also had constant support from my NVQ assessor.

The qualification gave me specific skills which I require for my everyday role.
Not that I am aware of but all extra-curricular will have been put on hold due to COVID-19.

Openreach is a great company to work for with constant support and a lot of good people who are dedicated to the job.
