my role as an apprentice is to get a good idea of what the department I am in and get experience in the working areas. The reviewing process is helpful as it benefits both the company and us apprentices.
I have defiantly developed and learnt new skills from my apprenticeship even from communicating skills and presenting to manual handling and CAD work
I do enjoy my apprenticeship as you are well looked after and are given a good experience within the company
the structure of the apprenticeship is deffinatly well organized and planned out giving the better experience
my employer does give enough support to look after us but they do leave us to learn and explore by ourselves
the support provided while doing training is really good in terms of making sure you are doing well and if there are any issues it can be sorted fast
the qualification provides a great understanding of the areas we work in and what ewe should understand
there is football on Thursday after work and occasional social activities for apprentices
Yes
because it is a great company that looks after you and will help you do well
