I sell IT to corporate businesses, this involves finding the accounts through cold calling and emailing, building relationships with customers through meetings and calls and also making sure that Softcat are providing the right products and services to my customers
I have developed my communication skills through speaking to customers.

The organization could be improved due to not knowing what days we have as it changes every couple of weeks.
I receive a lot of support from my employer.
They are always willing to spend time with you and help if your struggling.
It allows me to learn new skills that I can use in my day to day work.
There are a lot of Social events that Softcat plan and a lot of activities that we can join for example golf or football
