    • Overseeing the ESF contracts. ensuring targets are hit and that learners have a positive experience whilst on our programmes. I am also responsible for creating resources, attending external and internal meetings and managing my team.

    • I think it really helps me in my role. It has helped me to develop new skills that i can build on and build my career

    • There are lots of extra curricular activities available and everyone is actively encouraged to participate.
