To install fibre broadband to homes and businesses, working overhead and underground networks.
I have learnt many new skills including, practical skills, customer service skills and health and safety knowledge.
The programme is very well set out and is always in a relaxed manner.
The programme is well structured, the communication has been great the whole time. very clear.
I receive the necessary support as and when needed.
The tutors are on hand to answer questions throughout each workshop and also privately if needs be.
The information and knowledge i am receiving on this programme is relatable to everything that i do in my day to day tasks.
I am unsure what is available to me in this regard.
Yes
A well structured organisation, with like minded individuals who are always willing to help. The general atmosphere at the company is good to be around.
Be aware that customer service is a priority, some previous experience in that area would be useful.
