  • I work in a buzzing, face-paced environment where I manage a team of 15 colleagues. My role on a day-to-day basis involves engaging with the customer and reporting on operational progress. Ensuring that all elements of the operation as working as effectively and efficiently as possible.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have developed great stakeholder management skills from the interaction I have with customers and senior internal stakeholders on a daily basis. In my role I have picked new system skills and I have been able to ground my learnings through the training and developing the rest of my team.

  • I really enjoy my programme because it has given me the opportunity to grow and develop as a future leader for the business.

  • The programme is structured really well and aligns with my degree programme

  • I receive good support from my employer for my degree apprenticeship programme. They really embrace me as an apprentice.

  • I receive a great amount of support from my learning provider who are very supportive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I am ok.

  • I feel that my qualification helps me perform better in my role, because it helps me to actively reflect on my work place practice and look for ways of improving it.
