Product Owner, managing backlog and tasks to delivery tools to customers.
Technical skills in coding, testing debugging and various complex tasks.
Santander was brilliant but the uni was awful.
Not very, lots of issues will results coming out, technical problems with joining webinar rooms etc.
Santander was been great in supporting me.
Was hard to get a response back from someone, let along support!
Some theory was carried over into my role but 80% of my development has been from work experience on the job.
There are some groups at work and activities to get involved in.

Santander is a great company to work for and I would recommend them to my friends. BPP University has, unfortunately, let this apprenticeship down.
Make sure you understand the curriculum and the types of skills you will learn, for example for some members learning coding skills wasn't what they were expecting and they struggled.
