I have learnt and developed countless skills, from communication, use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, presentation methods, use of internal applications and leadership within and outside the apprentice group.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the programme as I have learnt so much about the global business, built a large network of colleagues/friends, gained knowledge in different BU's (Business Units) and the processes they follow (Finance, Facilities and Supply Chain).
The programme is very structured, many opportunities' you can take as an apprentice at Cummins, it's up to you whether you want to grab them opportunities with both hands ! Training is set for each apprentice, depending how far they're in the programme.
I receive a fantastic amount of support from my employer and others within the company, they help me with anything and help me with achieving my future aspirations !
I receive a good amount of support from my training provider and are always happy to support me when needed.
Certain, if not all elements of my qualification correlate to the role I'm doing now. Therefore, it's extremely helpful I have that background knowledge while learning on the job !
Endless amount of activities, mandatory EEEC events (Every Employee Every Community) need to be completed by every employee every year to help the local community in any way you can and much more !
Yes
