  • My role includes providing customers with fibre optic broadband. This comes from the underground network or the overhead network. I also fix customer faults.

  • I enjoy the programme very much, I enjoy going to work everyday.

  • Very well organised, if you are ever in need of help there is always someone there to assist you.

  • I receive a lot of support.

  • I receive a lot of support from my training provider. They are always around to answer any questions.
