My role includes providing customers with fibre optic broadband. This comes from the underground network or the overhead network. I also fix customer faults.
I have learned new skills since starting this role as it is something I have never done before.
I enjoy the programme very much, I enjoy going to work everyday.
Very well organised, if you are ever in need of help there is always someone there to assist you.
