During my working day, I do admin based tasks such as handling department finances, making orders, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, operating the tills, and document/record production.
I have developed skills including communication, leadership, adaptability, organization/ planning, as well as literacy and numeracy skills.
10/10. I have plenty of freedom and independent time, but assistance is still available when requested.
I would have liked more communication between meetings however overall, it is very organized.
I receive plenty of support from my employer and mentoring/training especially from management.
I receive plenty of praise and advice from my training provider as and when I need it.
Being on a business administration course has allowed me to explore other areas of the school besides my own.
At my workplace, we conduct after school enrichment clubs for students which has allowed me to explore the creative side of the job.

The school I work for, Ormiston Sandwell Community Academy, is a very welcoming and lifting environment. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and working with my colleagues due to their friendliness and willingness to help.
It is a lovely place to work so I would highly recommend.
