  • I have learnt alot of new skills during my apprenticeship. I have learnt different ways to deal with customers, how to adapt my approch to customers and how to provide a great journey with them.

  • I enjoy helping customers and working with my team to ensure the correct service is provided.

  • My programme is very well structured. I was able to complete each module in a great amount of time with ongoing support.

  • Not as much as i would have liked

  • I received support, they was always there to answer my questions if i needed support.

  • Much well. I am now able to apply all my skills to my work environment and i feel much more confident.

  • Great training provider. Always there for any type of support. constant reminder of the support whether that is to do with safe guarding, health any safety of any concerns.
