I have learnt alot of new skills during my apprenticeship. I have learnt different ways to deal with customers, how to adapt my approch to customers and how to provide a great journey with them.
I enjoy helping customers and working with my team to ensure the correct service is provided.
My programme is very well structured. I was able to complete each module in a great amount of time with ongoing support.
