New computer skills, admin skills, working with computers at a higher rate, building on communication skills
It's something new and challenging, it keeps me busy which I thrive off of. I highly enjoy it
It seems well structured, I have clear communication from my tutor and a good outline as to what is expected of me throughout the year
A lot of support. I have regular check-ins with my manager and if I ever need any assistance or support for something extra, I'm able to ask freely
A good amount of support with frequent meetings every month and reviews scheduled every couple of months

Yes
They're a great employer to work for in terms of support, potential progression, being open and honest, happy to hear feedback, I feel comfortable raising any issues or queries I have, everyone is very friendly and helpful.
